Training Made Simple.
The concept in the design of Krav Maga Pads is simplicity. Keeping the target as a circle allows for the “feeder” to be able to see around the pad easier, and allows the “striker” to visualize an actual target on the body (ie. the head). The most important aspect of the design is the ease of use for the “feeder.”
Once you pick up the Krav Maga Pad, you will intuitively feel how to hold the pad. However, there are some ways to hold to make it easier for the “striker” to get a full strike. Included with the pads is a sheet explaining the holding positions for the basic strikes, hands and kicks. Because you can quickly learn how to hold the pad, it is easy for you to make quick transitions from one strike to another. No need to change from focus mitts to a kicking shield. The “striker” can now train a combination of hand strikes and kicks with ease!
